Dickinson’s Cafe - York

This café is located across from Clifford's Tower and is actually called Tower Vue. It is clean and well-organized, with efficient and friendly service. The menu offers typical café dishes, and I found the prices to be very reasonable for a city center café. We would definitely visit again.

If you have finished walking the city walls and climbing the Castle (Clifford's Tower) in the morning, then it would be a right time to have a snack and a cup of coffee. There you will find this cafe located near the Castle.

I recently visited this wonderful cafe and enjoyed delicious fresh food at a reasonable price. During our visit, my son accidentally left his backpack at our table outside. We didn't realize until half an hour later when we were already on the York boat. Despite his distress, the backpack was kindly waiting for him when we returned. We are so grateful for the gesture and my son was relieved. Thank you again to the staff for their help.

The restaurant, now known as Tower Vue Cafe, has a very friendly and polite staff. The food is very nice and hot, and the prices are reasonable. It is conveniently located in a good spot.
