At this restaurant, you can enjoy a great beer and lunch while soaking in the atmosphere of the city. There is a wide variety of food and drink options, and everything from the vendors looked fantastic. The Greek platter I ordered was excellent and more than enough for two people to share. The cozy outdoor space is perfect for relaxing for a few hours when the weather is nice, and even if it isn’t, they have covered tables with outdoor heating to keep you comfortable.

Fantastic food, wonderful atmosphere, and excellent drinks! We thoroughly enjoyed our evening here and will definitely return. It's a great spot for groups of friends, as the vibe is lively and communal. We tried the vegan taco and burrito bar and were not disappointed at all. The only downside was the limited number of restrooms available, especially considering the variety of alcoholic beverages on offer. While there was a lift for wheelchair access, the restrooms themselves were not accessible and seemed unfriendly for those with disabilities. Unless there's a hidden accessible restroom (which I couldn't find any signage for), it appears to be an oversight.

I visited this restaurant for the first time after hearing a lot of buzz about it on social media, and it truly lived up to all my expectations. The staff is friendly, the food is fantastic, and the atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, with a great vibe all around. Spark is such a cool and unique community space, and I really wish we had something like it in my own city.
