Guests have raved about the fantastic food, excellent service, and cozy atmosphere. Staff were all lovely people very happy and accommodating . Pasta was delicious very tasty, chicken ceaser salad, i am told was excellent. Lovely atmosphere,music, blankets as we ate outside as well as a patio heater. As for the sticky toffee pudding...... just delicious. Good value for money, highly recommend and i would go back. Thank you
What a hidden gem! Fabulous outside space, blankets heaters in colder weather, canopy cover or sunshine and the loveliest cocktails! Really pleasant staff and beautiful food. What’s not to love?! If I was a York local it would be a regular haunt.
Excellent food and ambiance.... relaxed and casual, being hidden away is an advantage, reminds me of places in Europe, al fresco dining a bonus
Hello yes the steaks my girlfriend and I had were delicious and also I had the Brie with the strawberry stuff which I had WITH my steak and it was the best thing I’ve ever tasted also the service was amazing and we both really fancied the waitress we had she was so lovely (she had glasses and made us laugh about wine) Love from Hat n Matt
Delicious steaks prime rib and fillet. The fish is also very good. Lots of space, conveniently located in the city center.
