This was by far the worst service I have ever experienced! The owner doesn’t seem to care about his customers. We came here bc we thought for sure it would be amazing after Jon Taffer tried to rescue it. This place should do the community a favor and just close the doors! View all feedback.
The fact that people give you a 1 star rate because of the TV show its just sad, you don't deserve that. I hope that what we saw on the show about the owner is not true, he looks bad and aggressive on tv, but yeah it's a show so I don't know.But I saw the show is more than 10 years ago and the bar still exists so good job I respect that, and I wish you guys good luck for the future, greetings from the Netherlands.
My brother dont due reviews but i do and am going to leave a review on what he told. My brother was out on vacation and went to this establishment and said the steak and service was phenomenal and that he enjoyed his time there.Now my issue is the childish nitwits that live on mommies couch and think that giving a bad review is funny when it is actually someone's lively hood you are messing with. Trying to take food out of a families mouth to get a rise out of the owner is inexcusable. If I could say one thing to the owner is dont reply back to the ppl who never been there and leave a bad review. When you do reply back all you're doing is opening the door for them to tell their friends to leave one so they can all get off on your replies. Best thing to do is dont put fuel on the fire. You dont have to explain yourself. Normal adults see right through the fake reviews. They want to get a rise out of you and if they don't get one they will become less and less. Not a good place to visit. Terrible staff and rude owners. Go somewhere else. They regularly overload customers.
This place is disgusting. The staff is terrible, the food is unusable. I wish they would close and can't believe they took so long.
This establishment is a well known hotspot for underage children to come and drink, which may not seem like too big a deal but this bar is responsible for the death of a minor. Two kids came in last December and only one of them made it home. It may not feel like there’s great harm in serving a 19, or 20 year old, but that year or two of experience and wisdom is crucial when it comes to decision making which is of course imposed under the effects of alcohol.
