As an American who lives for a good cup joe, it was refreshing to find something in japan that felt like a piece to house. just better. the knowledge of the coffee is surpassed only by the friendliness and zeal of the staff to educate those lucky ones who find this oasis of the java in the legendary cat street. the natural tendency of this amazing culture, not only to do something right, but to increase it to an art form, sublime this local spot and sets the standards far beyond even the most eclectic American coffee spots. the mood is cold and the patrons eclectic; this is a must while in tokio.

Great coffee, nice setting, tasty treats. Coffee is expensive about 600 yen, but worth it. They always have two single origin beans of the day and let you smell them both when you order. Staff (like most in Tokyo) is friendly and accommodating and speaks perfect English.
