I never get the correct sauce from this restaurant. It's a waste of time and money to order extra sauce because they don't even give you the default sauce you chose let alone the extra you pay for. Or they give Sauce but not he correct amount and random sauces, not the ones you selected. The tenders are amazing but when ALL you have is tenders and Sauce you might not want to mess up 40-50% of what you even sell. View all feedback.
I received the wrong item with my order, and what was sent was old and chewy. I reached out to DoorDash, and they only offered me $5 for my meal that cost over $20, and this was supposed to be the main dish.
The food is quite good, but they seem reluctant to make sandwiches, so they often just serve chicken tenders instead.
I've consistently had issues with my sauce orders at this restaurant. It's frustrating to spend extra money on additional sauces only to find that they don't even include the default option I selected. Often, they provide the wrong sauces altogether, or the quantity is insufficient. The chicken tenders are fantastic, but when tenders and sauce are the main offerings, it's disappointing that such a significant portion of the meal—40-50%—is often messed up.
