I visited this cafe three days in a row, and the customer service was consistently terrible. The staff seemed unwelcoming and had a very disappointing attitude. When I asked for a simple croissant, the girl named Alisa didn’t even look at me and kept her head down. I then inquired about prunes, and she just shook her head in refusal. She treated the woman in front of me the same way when she asked for a vanilla cone.... View all feedback.
I grabbed q quick cup of espresso roast on my way to a meeting. Staff was cordial. Coffee was rich and robust. First time to this location but not my last.

I love the coffee that they serve there and the other things that they also serve.
The power to given only one star is our power. The employee at today's closing (05/01/21), was rude and impolite. The coffee that she makes was disgusting garbage and her service even worse. Too bad I didn't have time to returning back to return it. NEVER AGAIN.
Waited 25 minutes for a cup coffee. Ridiculous wait times. Very disappointed with slow service.
