The food is outstanding, the dining area is beautiful, and the staff are exceptionally friendly. I especially love their chicken ranchero wrap—it's simply incredible! My coworkers and I choose this place 80% of the time!

However, I have had several negative experiences on Saturday... read more The food is outstanding, and I really value the convenience of online ordering and nearby delivery. However, I have had several negative experiences on Saturdays because the delivery person is extremely rude. After today's incident, I've decided not to order again. He insisted I sign the receipt to receive my food, which I don’t mind, but his demeanor was completely unacceptable. It’s inappropriate to demand a tip in such a disrespectful way. I refuse to reward bad behavior, especially when he practically snatched the receipt from me. Do you think I should forfeit my already paid food just because you're trying to pressure me into giving a tip? He even had the nerve to point out that I "forgot" to tip while being rude and making sarcastic remarks. That's the last straw for me. A change in attitude could go a long way toward earning those tips you’re looking for.

You would expect a plac... read more I had a really disappointing experience at this café in the hospital, where I encountered one of the rudest staff members I've ever met. You would expect a place like this to have at least some basic customer service skills. When I walked in to get a cup of coffee, the man at the register was too busy dealing with a missing check to even acknowledge my presence. Another staff member did notice me, but as I waited, a man walked in, and suddenly the first staff member greeted him warmly, asking if he wanted his usual. He then walked away to prepare it, leaving me standing there ignored. Frustrated, I decided to leave. I won’t be coming back, as there are plenty of other cafés and restaurants that truly appreciate their customers.

I had extremely dry chicken quesadillas with wh... read more The food is not consistent its very hit or miss. I had a vegetable wrapped that was greasy and fried to a crisp. I had extremely dry chicken quesadillas with what tasted like kraft chees slices. There only saving grace is the salads they sell by the pound, grilled cheese and cheese empanadas. The owner can stand to smile and be more personable he always looks unpleasant and unapproachable if customer service is not you thing maybe add the receipts up in the back.
