If they make a mistake, they will take the pizza back to the store and sell it after it was in our home. Do not buy from this place because the slice you are eating could have been in someone else's house. When the driver came to pick up the old pizza for exchange, he mentioned that we had eaten a slice out of it, questioning how they could sell it now. When I expressed my disgust to the driver, he became aggressive and tried to intimidate me. He even asked if I wanted to keep talking while puffing out his chest. I regret recommending this place to my roommate, and I will never do it again after realizing they will try to resell pizzas from previous deliveries and the unprofessional behavior of the driver. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We ordered a pizza online with cherry peppers on the left side, pepperoni on the left side, and plain on the right side. Instead, we received a pizza where the left side was pepperoni and the right side was cherry pepper. After contacting them, they initially said they would send a new pizza right away. However, after 10 minutes, they called back and said they would take back the old pizza for exchange. Since I was hungry, I had already eaten a slice (my roommate only likes plain). They then informed us that because we had eaten a slice, they would also charge us for the new pizza. I was appalled by this response and felt like they were trying to take advantage of their mistake. They ended up making more money from our order than if they had done it correctly. If it were just me, I would have eaten the wrong pizza, but my roommate wanted a plain one, so I had to buy a new pizza. I will not recommend this place to anyone, and I will never go back.
