First of all, the entire store is run-down, and the employees deserve better working conditions. The soda machine is absolutely disgusting—I wouldn’t use it if it had someone else’s mouth on it. Worst of all, the food isn’t fresh; it’s often just left under heat lamps. When the food is fresh, it’s great, but that rarely happens. I just went there and was told they don’t accept cash—only debit cards—which is unacceptable, especially now, well past the pandemic. I suspect it’s because they don’t have change, which is ridiculous. Cash is still widely accepted everywhere, and many people don’t carry debit cards. I wasted half an hour during my lunch break and didn’t even get to eat. The workers are great, and I feel bad they have to work in such a filthy place because it really is disgusting. The store smells awful and hasn’t been renovated since I was a kid—I’m 37 now.

I was disappointed with my recent visit to this KFC. My food arrived cold, and my order was delayed by an additional 30 minutes, even though I placed it through the app. To make things worse, my fries, which I was looking forward to, were missing from the bag. I tried calling the restaurant for help, but the line was always busy. I strongly advise against going to this location. KFC needs to address these ongoing issues promptly. While I feel for the staff, they should raise their concerns or push for better pay and working conditions. If not, they might want to consider other job opportunities. Only then will the management realize the importance of hiring more staff and offering fair compensation, which is crucial for running a successful business. I also plan to file a formal complaint with the Yonkers health department about these problems.

KFC is decent for fast food. Whenever we order a pot pie, they always say they need to check if it's available—sometimes it is, sometimes it isn’t. Aside from that, the staff don’t seem very concerned about the customer experience.

The staff were very accommodating, the food was prepared nicely, and the place was tidy. Just a heads-up: it’s not a sit-down restaurant.

This restaurant really needs a renovation. The cleanliness is quite alarming; the soda fountain is sticky and there’s ice all over the place. The tables are messy, and I wouldn’t feel comfortable sitting down to eat. I actually hesitated to check out the restroom because the floors were dirty and napkins were scattered everywhere. It’s obvious they are understaffed, making it hard to stay there. The only positive point I can mention is that there is plenty of parking available. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back to this location.
