**KFC Experience: Potential for Improvement**
A recent visit to a local KFC revealed both commendable customer service and significant areas for enhancement. While some staff members demonstrated friendliness and efficiency, the overall atmosphere and food quality left much to be desired. Patrons expressed disappointment over the lack of KFC's signature chicken flavor and criticized overcooked food that did not align with brand expectations. Suggestions for improvement included restoring the unique recipe and ensuring fresher food preparation. Despite these concerns, there remains optimism for future visits, as customers believe the establishment has the potential to become the premier KFC in Yonkers.

Sometimes the experience is great, other times it’s not so good. The food can be fresh, but at times it tastes a bit stale. It's really a hit or miss, so I hope everyone has a good day when they decide to visit.
I visited this KFC for the first time and had a mix of positive experiences and a few suggestions. The staff were very kind and hardworking, providing great customer service. However, I had some expectations regarding the chicken. When I think of KFC, I imagine the hot, delicious chicken I see on TV, with its unique flavor that sets it apart. Unfortunately, the chicken I had didn’t have that signature taste; instead, it was similar to fried chicken you could find at any small fried food spot. Here are a few suggestions for improvement: 1. **Restore the Unique Flavor**: The chicken needs to return to its distinct KFC flavor. Right now, it tastes too much like any typical fried chicken you’d get from a Dominican restaurant like Caridad or Malecon. 2. **Focus on Cooking Times**: My initial impression of the food was that it had been overcooked, which affected the signature color and crispiness that KFC is known for. Please stick to the store recipes to ensure that customers continue to enjoy that perfect crispy yet tender chicken. 3. **Avoid Preparing Food in Advance**: If you see that customer traffic is slow, don’t prepare food too far in advance. When food sits, it can become greasy and lose its quality. I noticed there were too many pieces of chicken cooked ahead of time that tasted like they had been re-cooked before I arrived. I hope that on my next visit, the management and staff will have worked on these issues to improve their strategies and attract more customers who want to enjoy great chicken, fries, mashed potatoes, and more. I believe you can do much better and become the best KFC in all of Yonkers. For my second visit, I’ll keep my review in mind, but I’m giving you time to make these changes. Best of luck, and God bless!
Harmony W. made ordering a breeze. I've been here before and always had great experiences with the manager, Mr. Carl, who is kind and accommodating. I have nothing but good things to say. The service is fast, the food tastes great, and my orders are almost always correct.
I’m sorry to say that this KFC would greatly improve with new management. The staff's attitude is concerning, and unfortunately, the overall atmosphere of this location feels somewhat neglectful.
