Absolutely unacceptable. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was unpleasant, but hungry as I was, I gave it a chance. Unfortunately, the chicken was inedible. While the coating was crispy, the chicken itself was dark brown and had a tough, rubbery texture, resembling old, freezer-burned meat. It was truly disgusting. I wish I could give this place zero stars. This restaurant clearly needs a serious inspection and should be closed down.
The food was pricey and disappointing, which is unexpected from KFC. I ordered two chicken sandwiches and a large fries, and it totaled over $20. The chicken tasted stale and dry, and the buns were hard around the edges. I was quite unimpressed. On top of that, the cashier asked me to wait because she couldn’t recall my order of two sandwiches and fries.

It's just an ordinary fast food restaurant; you shouldn't expect anything beyond that.
The entire restaurant was downright unpleasant. While the food was decent, everything else was quite terrible.
