The Cali Cobb Salad was delicious, although it was missing the blue cheese. The salad was well mixed, making it easy to add the dressing without losing half of the salad in the process. Unfortunately, they were out of Monkey Bread when I ordered at the end of the day, but I was able to choose a substitute. I opted for the blueberry danish which was excellent. The male Hispanic manager in the mornings needs to learn customer service, badly. Everytime I go, he’s very standoffish and talks to me as if I’m an ignorant child even when they made a mistake. Someone like this will easily bring your business down faster than you can blink. Detail Update Someone reached out to get details of what happened and they processed a refund and apologized. They advised they’d address the food washing practices with the store. I still have the ick and haven’t been able to order a salad from a restaurant since. Kinda sucks because when traveling salads are usually my go to meal. Original Review Ordered online and picked up. Everything seemed nice. Took meals to the flight we were taking and found not only was I enjoying the falafel salad, so was a worm looking thing. Immediately felt skeeved and sick. Pulled out camera to take a video of it inching around. Called store after I landed and was told they’d give me another salad when I came in again (like I’m coming back here ever! . I was visiting family so won’t be back regardless so was offered to reimburse for one of the two salads. I asked for the full order to be refunded. I was told that I may get the one refunded but not the other, they’d check. No apologies. The lady seemed very matter of fact about the incident like it’s a normal occurrence.

Customers value atmosphere and service just as much as they value good quality food, which is also sometimes questionable.
I was ordering my food, I asked her what I want, she was speaking with me do you want extra, do you want sweet potatoes? While she was spiking she spilled on my food ! I said I don’t want this food and walked away, that happened right now 8:30 pm June 8/23 take the order speak as much as you want, but when you have the plate in your hand and you’re putting the food on the plate Please don’t speak. Was charged 8.95 for Santa fee salad but $19 for a salad with less ingredients (cheese, dressing, romaine, chicken). Totally robbed me
I remember when the owner first opened he was there a lot. Now the people he had hired have run the place into the ground. Horrible rude service. I was yelled at when asking about an online order I placed. She yelled and said the times are not correct and that I shouldn’t expect my food when it says. I will never come here again. I waited over 25 min in the shop on top of the 25 min I waited before I came to get my food that was supposed to be ready N. I work in medical office next door and from now on I will go elsewhere. It’s unfortunate when the only help you can hire is inadequate.
