Reall... read more Update: Yesterday I went to Dunkin' and asked for a latte. The Indian lady told me I couldn’t have a latte with cream because it would break the machine?! Really? I’ve always had lattes with cream at other places. I honestly dislike this Dunkin' location because there’s always some negative issue—whether it’s poor customer service, lack of cleanliness, or not enough staff behind the counter causing a long line. Sometimes the workers are rude too. I even called the corporate office to report an incident that happened between me and one of the employees. The menu might look good, but the service here leaves a lot to be desired.

My information was stolen here and ended up being sold to over 30 other Dunkin' Donuts locations, resulting in the loss of my personal information and funds. I'm currently pursuing legal action against them. I suspect this location, as it was only my third day with the card, and this was my first time using it. The employee manually entered my information, which is alarming.
