Absolutely the worst service! Only half my order was delivered, you can't get anyone in the phone. Grubhub was no help... never again
I found thos location of Chipotle not to be very clean. There was food scattered all over the serving area. The workers had no organization. It seems like they didn't know what their roles were when serving the patrons. The food was cold and the Guacamole was black in color.
This place is very disgusting and they cater to no one’s food allergy needs.I had told my server that I was allergic to dairy and cheese and almost all of the sauces including the hot sauces and the tomatoes all had sour cream dripping inside of them from the sour cream container next to them. This is not good and it’s very dangerous because somebody who truly has a dairy allergy is being served food that has droppings of sour cream and cheese all mixed in could land somebody in the hospital like myself. I had told the server to change their gloves before they assisted me in case they hadn’t been any dairy remnants on the gloves but he disregarded my request and continued preparing my food after using the gloves to wipe his nose sweat off of his face and on his apron. Very disgusting place and there is so much cross contamination. Pieces of chicken in the steak and sour cream in the salsas and tomatoes. It’s a very disgusting and dangerous way of not caring to people food allergies. They have a long way to go.
Wow! The food was absolutely fantastic! My husband and I had the Burrito bowl with half chicken and half steak, and it was delicious. The portion sizes were generous too. The picture I posted was taken after we had already taken a few bites. I can't wait to order again!
The food is just as good as at any other location in the franchise. The setup is fairly similar, with some outdoor seating available. The restaurant is situated in a pleasant outdoor shopping center, creating a nice atmosphere. The people around are friendly, and the staff is great. I do think the prices are a bit on the high side, but the food quality compensates for it. I would suggest that there should be someone dedicated to cleaning the tables and picking up trash more often. Other than that, this place meets its purpose well.
