read moreDining at this restaurant offers a tantalizing selection of dishes, but customer experiences reveal significant issues. Many patrons praise the food's quality, particularly the brown stew chicken and jerk chicken, noting generous portion sizes. However, frequent complaints arise about inconsistent taste, particularly regarding spice levels. Service also falls short; customers report rude cashiers, overcharging, and problems with order accuracy, especially through delivery services. Long wait times for service only exacerbate frustrations. While the culinary offerings show promise, the lack of attentive service and consistency may leave diners hesitant to return. Overall, improvements are needed for a more satisfying experience.
