The interior of the restaurant is quite spacious and operates on a self-service basis, where you order by purchasing a ticket from a machine and then handing it to the counter. As it was my first visit, I tried the recommended dish, the "Super Thick Pork Cartilage Soki Soba" for ¥670. The dish had a rich and thick soup made from pork and chicken, thick wavy noodles, and tender cartilage soki. It also had black fungus, giving it a taste similar to tonkotsu ramen. It was delicious when I added some garlic for extra flavor. In addition to self-service water, they also offered iced tea and other drinks, making it a well-stocked drink selection. The restaurant is spacious with seating available at tables and on tatami mats, making it suitable for large groups.

The chicken cutlet bowl is large and crispy, but the cutlet was a little difficult to eat due to its size. Also, the cutlet was slightly bland, so I would have preferred more salt and pepper seasoning.
