Would give 5 if I could! This place seems proud of its vegan offers, advertising it from the street. I was surprised how much variety they had. The restaurant is easy to find and has a beautiful interior typical of Chinatown. I wanted to try two things, so I got the Taiwanese yakisoba and the green onion pancake. The food arrived quickly as the staff was very efficient. And everything was delicious! The green onion pancake was not too oily and had a great texture. And the Yakisoba had many fresh vegetables. My only handle is that some of the photos are reused on the menu for different dishes, also between vegan and non-vegan. So make sure that you are on the vegan side of the menu and give it to the waitress. Also the prices are not too bad, but only a few items can really raise the bill. All in all it was a great experience and I'm sure I'm back!

So many different options to choose from! We had a few noodles, rolls, spring rolls and something I've never seen before. It was an incredible adventure! Very recommended!

A true jewel! The menu had a lot of vegan options, making it hard for us to decide what to order. The portions were big, and the taste was absolutely amazing I felt like I was back in Taiwan. Definitely coming back! Updated from previous review on 2021 08 16

I initially thought this was the vegan-friendly restaurant I once went to years ago. That one turned out to be Banwarou, and this one was just as good. Although it serves non-vegetarian food, there were several pages in the menu dedicated to vegan food like rice dishes, noodle and rice noodle dishes and, more importantly dim sum. Although Google says it's a Taiwanese restaurant, dim sum is Cantonese. We chose the stir fired rice noodles (bifun), fried rice (there seemed to be egg in the menu, but the waitress assured us there weren't any), and turnip cake (a popular dim sum). A bit greasy but that's to be expected with many Chinese dishes. Things we didn't choose included sticky rice dumplings (chimaki in Japanese, zongzi in Chinese), steamed shumai, gyoza (ie potstickers or dumplings). I would definitely recommend this place but you need to go several times to taste everything. The place is fairly easy to find. It's across the road from the entrance of the Chinese temple, Yokohama Mazu Miao.

Most delicious food I had in a while. We ordered a couple of dishes to share from their large vegan menu. Especially Fried Eringi Vegetables was so good. It 's sweet and sour sauce flavored, exactly what I was craving that day. Service was very fast and friendly. #Veganuary
