We staying at crimson resort for holiday, and we try this new opening spanish food at the resort for dinner 1st time entering the resto, we feel great ambience.. The services also excellent.. when we try to take a pict, the waiter offer me to take the picture of us, even we didnt ask her.. Complimentary bread with olive oit served when u come.. We also got free appetizer from the chef.. we got deep fried prawn. Haha The prawn in salty and crunchy.. yummyyy.. Gambas al ajillo This is sauteed parwn with garlic and chili.. The prawn is fresh, we can taste the garlic so strong.. But too spicy for us.. Leechon cebu tacos This is my fave.. this is taco filled with pork, olive oil, sour cream, and cant remember the rest.. The pork is very juicy and crispy on the outside.. The combination is just perfect.. yummmyyy Lobster paella This one is traditional spanish food.. and its my 1st time trying paella.. its nearly same as risotto with lobster on it.. Honestly, i dont like this.. haha The rice is moist because of the soup.. and i dont like it.. the portiin is so big, suitable for sharing I wondering, if every paella will taste like this not.. Go bananas This is banana and mango smoothies which is sweet and refreshing.. i like it Cucumber mule Cucumber mojito with mint and ginger ale.. taste little bit sour.. but so refreshing..
