Friendly people, good atmosphere, great coffee! Happy to have Perk Brew in our city. My daughters love the smoothies and enjoy the terrace area outside. We'll make a lot of returns!

Soup and sandwiches are great! You did a great job with the atmosphere and decoration. Everything is cheap and my food came out quickly. I'm so happy for this new lunch option for Yoakum.

I was twice, once for the sandwich combo and the second for a grilled chicken salad. Both were excellent tasting and the service was fast. I love the atmosphere of the building. The staff was very nice, it felt like home.

Had brunch with my daughters. The sandwiches were great and the coffee is spot on.
