I have been giving my buisness from the very fisrt time rusty rooster opened it's door's in Yoakum!! Started out absolutely great when owner was working it himself! As time went on owner left service went bad and so did food!! But there have been good employees in past! Sweet tea- one of the best around, something I've noticed, chicken tenders have gotten smaller, and a whole lot less of fries... but the food itself is GOOD. Prices are like every where else
The Gizzards are delicious! They give a hefty amount, and the crust is light and crispy. The workers are very friendly and attentive. The restaurant is clean and smells nice.

I always enjoy the great catfish when I come to visit family. The staff is hard working but still courteous. I wish I could take you to Tennessee with me.
The chicken tenders were huge. My husband and I split a 5pc and couldn't finish it. Some tenders were not spicy but they were good. Don't forget to ask for fork or spoon if you get slaw or potatoes at the drive through. Service was OK. I would eat there again.
