What Hertta Raatila doesn't like about Aakenus, Ylläs:
They gave wrong main course to one of us and did not regret, though took off the plate as this was a customers blame when I announced that give me new filee and we are fine. The attitude was under every limits, plenty of possibilities to fix it, when wanted. One first course was on table the whole evening though asked to take it away.
