Clearly a place where people come to celebrate special occasions, etc. Good atmosphere and kind staff, though the service rather chaotic. The produce was of good quality, but the grilling skills of the chef were quite average. “Grilled” scallops means steamed scallops really and the grilled fish I got was actually served almost completely raw (it got grilled when we asked for it). Very welcoming reception by a young, enthousiastic yet knowledgeable staff. The guy at the grill worked magic on our côte de boeuf. Definitely worth a re-visit.

Here, no molecular cooking or other dishes with imaged designations. in this restaurant that I have been in a professional setting for a long time, it is above all the quality of the basic ingredients that prevails. the kitchen with wood fire is mastered and sublime the many dishes prepared with this cooking mode. In the season, the Saint-Jacques with wood fire are a must of the map. after that, a good piece of beef, for example. The accompaniments are also, simple and good (potato under the ash, homemade fries, tians of vegetables, ). for desserts, do not pass next to the canolas with chocolate at will or baba to rum ... well watered. The frame is in line with the kitchen and service of a good level. The guarantee of a good time at the corner of the fire!
