I went in to have some breaky before an appointment, and the two staff that were working were both very bubbly and happy - asking what I had planned for my day... read more I went in to have some breaky before an appointment, and the two staff that were working were both very bubbly and happy - asking what I had planned for my day etc. My order was completed quickly and correctly and was delicious as always.

Had a Big problem with a female staff member, who became aggressive because she wouldn't let us pay for a foot long sub, cut in half with no olives or jalopenos... read more Had a Big problem with a female staff member, who became aggressive because she wouldn't let us pay for a foot long sub, cut in half with no olives or jalopenos on one half. She wanted to charge the higher six inch price by 2. We mentioned our problem with this, as we visit subway outlets in many towns from Brisbane to Rockhampton and this one, and all the other times we have had amazing service and charged for a foot long price. it was not only the price but her atrocious attitude which has had us never return. So by trying to charge extra, she has lost our business and many others I suspect.

She grunted at us and clearly had better things to be doing than serving hungry customers at lunchtime.

What’s t... read more Very disappointed in the service this evening. Asked what topping were wanted. Requested “a little bit of this and that” only to get the normal amount. What’s the point of asking and then not being listened to? Wrapped subs then realised he didn’t put the meat on them so had to unwrap them again. Customer walked through the door behind us and kid mumbles “for f%*k sake” loud enough for us to hear. Don’t work customer service if you can’t be friendly.
