Subway - Yeppoon

Very disappointed in the service this evening. Asked what topping were wanted. Requested “a little bit of this and that” only to get the normal amount. What’s the point of asking and then not being listened to? Wrapped subs then realised he didn’t put the meat on them so had to unwrap them again. Customer walked through the door behind us and kid mumbles “for f%*k sake” loud enough for us to hear. Don’t work customer service if you can’t be friendly.

Rude staff member and a very dirty place. Tables were very greasy and filth laying around on floor. It’s gross. Never would buy there again.

Service was terrible, Staff were rude. Asked for a little bit of onion and got more than the normal amount. No welcome or have a nice day. Very disappointed as the previous staff were excellent.

Upon entering the restaurant, we were greeted with a loud reprimand from the manager. The customer service was very poor and the cleanliness left much to be desired. We considered leaving because of the lack of respect shown to us. Additionally, the dishes we received were lacking in quantity and not prepared or presented properly.

Whilst the team here is young (school holidays perhaps) the service is as helpful as they can be, with all the usual Subway offerings. If you're after a healthy takeaway option here in Central Yeppoon, you can't easily do better.
