Make sure to arrive before 9 PM, or you might find that many items on the menu are unavailable. The drive-thru service tends to be slow, and the fries are often soggy with little to no seasoning.
Disappointed with our lunch trip to this outlet. Firstly, paid for upsize of drinks, to be told they they had only warm bottles of one choice. We said that this was not satisfactory, no offer to refund the difference to a small drink or to adjust the order. We then got to eating the food to find one of the chips serves was little other than the dregs and chunks of salt from the chip tray. Most of this was inedible. Won’t be returning here any time soon.
Kfc Yeppoon is always staffed by friendly staff members. I just wish they would cook their chips for a little longer. This seems to be a problem at numerous KFCs so I won’t put it down to them! Hopefully QLD gets hot and spicy boneless soon! Order on the app for a quick pickup and takeaway.
