For a special night out, we decided to treat ourselves with a trip to the drive-thru at this restaurant. We ordered the streetwise feast, which comes with 6 pieces of chicken. When placing our order, we made sure to request no ribs or thighs, but were told that we couldn't customize our order and would receive whatever they gave us. We were handed a bag with 3 thighs, 2 ribs, and a wing, with no legs or breasts. To top it off, the chips were cold and we were shorted one nugget. Overall, a disappointing experience that could have been improved with better communication and attention to detail.
When we went to the counter, an older woman yelled at the young girl to serve us. After she finally came over to take our order, we were told they were out of original chicken. We were surprised, as this is KFC after all. The girl then told us they only had hot and spicy chicken available. We politely declined and left. It was frustrating to encounter these issues, especially considering the restaurant was supposed to be open until 10pm but seemed to be closing early at 8pm. It was a disappointing experience overall.
Is counting to 9, too hard? When ordering a 9 piece box and only getting 8. Asking for sauces, adn them forgetting them. What about a napkin. All too hard.
The staff is friendly, the food is delicious, and the restaurant is consistently clean and well-presented. There’s really nothing not to love. I hardly ever encounter any issues here.
The best burgers I've had in a long time, crafted with great attention to detail. We really enjoyed them! Thank you, ladies!
