terrible drive through customer service. we were told that the system was down and they could not accept orders. she was very rude. drive over the road to find something else. noticed that cars are served in the drive through. back to wendys went through and was told the same. asked the kerl in the vehicle before us whether he took his command and he confirmed that he did it. The drive-thru customer service was absolutely terrible. We were informed that the system was down and they couldn't take any orders, and the staff member we spoke to was quite rude. So, we decided to drive elsewhere to find another option. As we drove away, we noticed that other cars were being served in the drive-thru. We returned to Wendy's, only to be told the same thing. I asked the person in the car ahead of us if he had been able to place his order, and he confirmed that he had, stating they only asked him for payment. We were never given that option. It was incredibly frustrating. There were also four people in front of us waiting for their orders, and we observed them taking some orders while ignoring others.
