The server who took the payment on a machine tried to charge over 300 pesos more and hid the bill so we wouldn’t realize that but good for me I remember the total. And my total was already added 20% tips in!!! That was 444 pesos and they still tried to steal 300 pesos more! We got there at around 12:20 and didn’t get our food till around 1:10pm. I don’t understand is it that hard to catch everything we need for a dish? Please don’t go! The food is not good at all!

The disastrous and rude waiters wanted to charge us $380 direct tip (equivalent more or less to 20% for a very bad service of $1800, not at all attentive, they took hours to prepare the dishes and when we questioned the matter of the tip they treated us very badly . The Naviero group 's boat Bahia Alegre took us with them for a tour. Be careful. Horrible service. Meal type: Lunch

I assume they get a huge discount or eat for free thereTheir margaritas are 220-240 pesos and I didn’t taste any tequila on it. Food is mediocre and they automatically include 20% Propina or Gratuity in their Total. When I asked about it, they said it’s optional. I don’t understand why they include this fee in the total when their service is not exceptional. Very dishonest practice.
