My experience in this establishment was not very pleasant, to make matters worse at the time of ordering the person was not friendly at all, as for the environm... read more My experience in this establishment was not very pleasant, to make matters worse at the time of ordering the person was not friendly at all, as for the environment, everything was not very nice but the toilets lacked toilet supplies, the bathrooms did not even have water in the sinks, the Table was not completely clean. My order was not very big (4 burgers, 2 slices of pizza, a combo of 2 hot dogs, and an order of potatoes. and it took 1 hour 40 minutes to deliver it. I had to go down to the checkout to ask what was happening with my order and the very uneducated girl with no empathy just told me to wait, she couldn't give me more details, when they finally took my order to my table everything arrived cold , minus the soda. I definitely hope they improve customer service....

During carnival season, the view is very special. The prices are not high and the food is good. It is a highly recommended place to visit.
