Trader Co - YASS

I recently visited a lovely café with excellent coffee. However, I found that their vegan options could use some improvement. I ordered the bruschetta without feta, which came with two very small pieces of toast, whole cherry tomatoes, and arugula that was heavily drizzled with balsamic vinegar. The large cherry tomatoes made it quite difficult to eat, and there was no alternative offered for the feta. It’s frustrating when a dish is labeled as vegan but then you’re charged extra for substitutes like mushrooms or avocado. I also tried the quinoa salad, but the roasted sweet potatoes were boiled for too long, making them soggy instead of crispy.

This is likely the best café in Yass for vegan options, but that doesn't necessarily mean it's exceptional. The decor is beautiful, but the coffee was just okay.

The food is delicious, and the juices are incredibly fresh. Handel Co is a fantastic new addition to Yass!

Fantastic establishment with a wonderful atmosphere and friendly staff! This is definitely one of the top three coffee spots in Yass! A great community of amazing people doing incredible things for our charming little town.
