I love the chashu tonkostu ramen spicy. Today Wednesday 17th April 2024) I ordered one for take away and it came to $19.50 as it always does and didn’t think too much about it. I waited outside by the door and see the sign “Wednesday Super Ramen Day ALL ramen $15”. I went back inside to inquire why I was charged the usual $19.50 instead of $17 $15 special and extra $2.00 for spicy). The lady at the counter said in a very unassuming manner like she was trying to make up an excuse not to provide me with the difference back “ah it’s just for the QR code you select super ramen day then it’s $15 or it’s only available for katsu not chashu, yeah”. Now I feel they should change the sign to add “TC’s” like the Thursday special or honour their advertised prices if they are going to say “ALL ramen”. Very disappointed they didn’t even try to find a resolution and brushed me aside. Attached is a photo of the specials sign in question. The girl who answered the phone was so rude while I was being polite and nice. She said RUDELY that she was receiving orders and that it was just MY problem. After saying “Oh okay I’ll recheck it again thank you” while ever still being so polite she just hangs up the phone on me not even saying anything. Their quick thinking and consideration for our family, including our grandchildren, made my birthday dinner a delightful experience. The food was amazing (as usual), first time trying Soju had the blueberry flavor, was amazing to die for! Thank you, CK and Leigh, for your outstanding service you both need a pay rise. Dietary restrictions: We had one member of our group whom is gluten and dairy free. No problem or issues. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$40–60

I understand the cost of everything is now higher but the sushi was tiny while it was so expensive. My favourite eel sushi is now 9 dollars with very thin and small pieces on small size of rice... it seems it is only half size of a normal eel sushi.. Ramen was another favourite and now it requires me to pay 1. 50 dollars for a spicy sauce while the soup was only half full of the bowl.. I and my husband had 1 Ramen and 10 dishes of sushi today but we leave the restaurant with empty stomach.....
