We limit, as much as we are able, our fast food venues to Subway when travelling. We support the above venue about two to three time a month on our travels. The customer service is far superior to all other Subways we have visited. Many other Subway outlets charge extra for the same food item - difficult to accept or understand given they are part of a chain. If you want a welcoming smile, with a nothing is too much t... The uninteresting part of subway is no matter where you go the menus are all the same. I enjoy the 6" teriyaki chicken sub. If you are a hungry tradie it's ok for lunch. View all feedback.
We were highly dissapointed to get ft long pizza subs with hardly any salad in each of them. Will not be going back to get ripped off again.
The worst service and rudest experience ever! I called in to get a salad for lunch today. I was served by a young male. He really seemed like he didn’t want to be there. He was rude and very short with me, for no apparent reason! When I payed, there was no ‘Thank you’ or any form of politeness! He slapped my change in my hand and started to walk off. I asked if I could please have some cutlery (as I’d ordered a salad). He looked at me as if I was bothering him, he placed a cutlery bag on the counter and walked off. I really felt like I was an inconvenience!
Located in the service centre there is plenty of seats. Clean toilets and a great stop for the whole family. Subway is a great choice and the service was so friendly. The sub was great and lots of salad.
Rocked on in for some lunch and was not disappointed. She made the sub in accord with my wishes so I am grateful
I am extremely pleased with the Salad sub I ordered from Subway at the Plainland Travel Centre. The salad was incredibly fresh and delicious, and the service was friendly and fast.
