This place is a gem, in a small town. Came here 4-28-2024 on a New England Coach Bus Tour. They treated us very well. The food was Out-Of-This-World perfect. The Baked Haddock was in a very light lemon-buttery sauce. Superb, as the rice green beans were too... Looks are deceiving, the restaurant is a land mark and that's the only thing they have going for themselves. Service, management and food all need a overhaul. I've dealt with all of them first hand, several different times so I won't be visiting this establishment ever again. View all feedback.

This place has wonderful atmosphere, it's a quintessential New England restaurant/tavern. The service was excellent. Servers are friendly and attentive without being intrusive.The food was great, perfectly prepared and with complex layers of flavor. One of the best meals I've had in a while. Would definitely recommend it.
Racism, from the moment they see you they scan your wardrobe and believe that because you are Latino, you won't be able to pay, how sad.

We attended a luncheon after a funeral. The service, the food and the setting on a sad occasion was wonderful. Beautiful resturant and staff was very efficient and helpful. I highly recommend this restaurant for a special occasion.
