Gateway Grill
Description
Holy Cow is a lively restaurant that attracts a crowd with its delicious, generously portioned food and friendly service. Guests rave about the burgers and onion rings, characterizing the menu as excellent, with fresh cut fries and options like chicken fried steak. While the atmosphere can get noisy and rowdy, especially on weekends, many appreciate the vibrant energy. However, some patrons have experienced long wait times and occasional service hiccups, such as rude bartenders and incorrect orders. The atmosphere at the restaurant was quite lively and noisy for a Monday night, possibly due to understaffing, which led to a limited menu. However, the food was outstanding. I ordered the Gateway burger and fries, which was ample for two people. Despite the noise, I would definitely consider dining there again.
This neighborhood bar is warm and welcoming. The drink prices are affordable, and I had a wonderful time.
The food was enjoyable, and the onion rings were fantastic. However, I wasn't accustomed to the smoky aroma, which gave me a headache. On the positive side, the service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. We were unaware that it was a private club.
My brother and I traveled from out of state for a fishing trip and discovered Gateway Grill, which quickly became our favorite spot. The food, service, staff, and fellow diners were all outstanding. We give it a full 5 stars and look forward to coming back soon.
