A woman came in right after I placed my... read more Went in around 7pm to pick up a bucket of chicken and coleslaw. My order was taken immediately. Then came the long wait. A woman came in right after I placed my order that had ordered online. I felt sorry for her, she had an even longer wait than I did. At one point I looked over at her and she had her head on the table and looked like she was taking a nap. It was ridiculous how long it was taking. It wasn 't that they were short staffed, I counted 7 people working that I could see. Could have been more back in the kitchen but not sure. Seemed to have enough food available, it was just the boy boxing up the orders moved at a snails pace and looked like he was working on multiple orders without completing any. Finally a woman on the kitchen side said my order was boxed and ready to bag and that he needed to get it out, but he continued to just putz along. She ended up coming out and bagging my order and giving it to me. The online order woman was still waiting for hers as I walked out the door. So much for their quick mobile pick-up kiosk . He either needs to pick up his speed or find a different job because he wasn 't worth even minimum wage.

The fries tha... read more I ordered the fill-up box with three pieces of chicken and fries, but I didn’t receive the fries; instead, they gave me mashed potatoes and gravy. The fries that were in the box were cold. There was no honey or butter for the biscuits, and when I asked for hot sauce, they didn’t provide any. Also, $3 for a medium soda is just outrageous!

Went thru the drive thru within the last hour and was stunned, if you don't wanna be working a customer service job what the heck are you doing working one. Won't be returning and I hope the girl working gets fired for the complete lack of customer service skills. Blows my mind how these people have jobs
