Culver's - Yankton

More as faster service than fast. tasty. friendly staff

Was pretty busy at noon time when we arrived, orders were taken in timely fashion, but had to wait super extra long for our food for some reason. Probably not always that slow at getting food out, I understand it was meal time. Hopefully that was just why. We love Culver's that's why we went!

Went through drive through. Food took a very long time to come out. My burger and fries were only luke warm and my husband was missing his cheese curds. Had to turn around to get missing item. Figured they were short staffed, but was not the case. There had to have been 10 to 12 people behind the counter. They all looked very disorganized. It looked like only one or two were really working.

Very undertrained help with not much ambition. Only one person in front that seemed to know or care about doing her job.She was very overwhelmed.

Was craving the wonderful butter burger but it was so over cooked and dried out, it did not meet expectations at all. The cook needs to learn how to cook this burger without burning it.
