We usually just get takeout, but the pizza is always good. Always friendly service. The cost is a bit high so it's not a place to go frequently. They are not open for lunch which would be nice because there are not a lot of good places to eat during the day. Parking is tight especially when they are fairly busy. Hadn't been there for 15 yrs. Met my family there. Ordered 2 large pizzas. Loved the crunch of the crust but that was about it. It was crowded and noisey. I don't get the charm. View all feedback.
Talk about excellent pizza! a lot to visit a place! the decor is an old-fashioned pizza joint, but clean and beautiful. the staff was super friendly and the service was fast. be ready to go full, the pizza is so good! small arcade room for the children and a beautiful bar for the adults. my first time, but I'm back! bonus andy's minze with the ****!
I'm from jankton. charlie has always been good! every time I come back, I get charlies! I live south of chicago and I had many different types of crust and sauces, but I always represent charlies as the best!
Delicious, unique pizza that when you long it, no other pizza will fill the empty. good service friendly staff that has been pumping out for decades consistent, high quality pizza. they will not be disappointed, highly recommended!
This is my mom's favorite pizza place here mine too! Here we did door dash and looking forward to it. Here we got another pizza elsewhere for others over here @house) and the gal walks up and we look out and she is holding both upright instead of flat
First time. Easy to find. We arrived right at opening. The decor is quite old. The wait staff were nice, not overbearing. 1919 root beer on tap, served in Ball wide mouth jars, excellent. Had cheese bread appetizer, very good. Ordered the Humphrey Bogart. Came faster than the 30min expected time. Very good pizza. Crust has great crunch and chew. Good amount.of toppings. We will be trying the SF restaurant.
