Steak 'n Shake - Yankee Hill

Are they still open? It looks like it's closed when I go there but this place is amazing! Anyone who says otherwise can go eat some nasty McDonald's.

Tourist trap. Mediocre quality, tasteless food. Shakes very disappointing. You'd think delicious food would be essential but the operators simply do not care.The 5 star review is a shill.

All employees standing on their phones. Took 20 minutes to get one shake. Wouldnt take gift cards. Employees rude and disrespectful.

Good food for the price, but this is the second time in two months that my hot dog has arrived split in half. i'm wondering if it's a coincidence or if steak and shake is giving out split dogs to everyone

What a pathetic excuse for a steak and shake. I thought they'd get their stuff together after that several month closure, but no; it still is not good. not only did they not give me one of my items, what they did give me was a sad excuse for a steak and shake meal. extremely disappointed.
