What Caralea doesn't like about Runza:
The drive thru is very tight. If you don't know how to park in tight spots, I highly recommend going to the Runza on 48th O instead.The meals were over $10 per person after condiments (which we didn't even get). Out of all the years in business, you'd think they could figure out how to make the smothered grilled chicken sandwich, not a smothered wrapper with soggy bread and chicken.The salads are now smaller (aka the... Waited for 10 minutes at the pickup window after ordering ahead and they still forgot my sauces. I order ahead so I don't have to wait. I'm willing to wait especially during busy times but to leave the customers at a window without any greeting for 10 minutes is a little ridiculous. I've had better service at this restaurant in the past so not sure what happened.
This Runza only has a drive through and walk up window. Very friendly and respectable employees! Kid-friendliness: What child doesn't like dessert?
The food is very good, and Cory, the employee who took my order, was very nice and helpful. True chad.
Salad lovers beware: they’ve dropped their quality and now serve cheap iceberg lettuce for “frsh greens” and less than a dozen pc of spinach! Parking: The S.40th/Randolph location is not Dine-In but has an outdoor table and 4 parking spaces.
