Domino's Pizza Yanchep

I’ve placed the order at 5pm for it to be delivered at 7:30pm. It is now 8:30! And the app says it’s still being prepared! When I called I was told that there are a few more orders before my and that I’ll need to wait for 30 more minutes! It’s now been a 3,5 hours! My son accidently drop his pizza and I advise him to cone back and ask to replace it. I told him-yes, it is your fault but maybe they will do nice thing for the regular customer?(My boys loved Dominos). Maybe there is goodness left in people still? Especially today buy one get another pizza offer. And guess what- they saw 10yo all cover with tears and just told him-it was your fault-no replacement!Thank you Dominos Yanchep for making kids belive there is still something good can happened, even if you made mistake. Shame on all of you. PS- my kidos agreed we never going to buy other pizza in Dominos
