Chuàng - 岩泉町

I tried the cold spicy miso ramen! The noodles were thick and chewy, similar to the famous Morioka reimen. The spiciness added a refreshing kick to the flavor and overall, it was a delicious bowl of ramen that I haven't had in a while.

This restaurant is really charming with only two table seats. The Spicy Sichuan Ramen is delicious!
