Rooted - Yamhill

I went to this restaurant with my son, daughter-in-law, and grandson. We ordered some pizza and it was delicious! The staff was very busy and forgot to bring us our drinks, but the owner came over to personally deliver them and even took it off the bill. The husband and wife owners were very friendly and made sure everyone was happy. It's a great place to visit with family. The food is delicious!

This restaurant had terrible customer service. I arrived on a Saturday evening to find the place empty. I sat down to place a to-go order, but the Millenial bartender ignored me. Eventually, the cook came over to take my order. After a long wait, the bartender finally acknowledged me and took my order. However, she then disappeared to the kitchen, leaving the bar unattended. When I tried to pay for my order, she was still in the kitchen chatting with the cook. After finally paying, I realized I was undercharged by $8.00 and was given the wrong sandwich. Overall, this place needs improvement and I do not plan on returning.

I have been passing by this restaurant for two months now and finally decided to try it out tonight for pizza night. I enjoyed a dark beer, wine from Kason Vineyards, and some killer margaritas. It was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The Caesar salad was delicious and the three pepperoni and cheese pizzas were devoured quickly. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I hadn't been to the restaurant since the change in ownership. I wanted to give them time to get settled in. The new management has everything in order, she cares and it shows. The pizza was excellent!

This restaurant is owned and run by a woman with a kind and generous heart. She is always looking to improve and offers a fantastic menu selection. We absolutely adore Rooted!
