Beachwood Cafe - YAMBA
Beachwood Cafe
Description
Located in a charming setting, this restaurant offers a truly delightful dining experience with its Mediterranean-inspired dishes made from fresh local ingredients. While the food is of high quality, some diners have raised concerns about the price point. The quirky and boutique feel of the place adds to its appeal, with a small yet impressive selection of wine available. The owner's demeanor has received mixed reviews, but the Turkish-influenced cuisine and overall atmosphere make this spot a must-visit while in Yamba. The Turkish eggs and Turkish sausage dishes are particularly recommended, creating a memorable dining experience for all guests.

Spectacular eating. fab coffee. pretty personal, funny sharpener and fleeting service. beautiful small selection of wine. Oh, did I mention how fantastic the fresh ingredients and that was eating?! that's a must. we loved it!
We must agree with all other positive assessments. we love eating here! beautiful Mediterranean aromas with obvious fresh local products. definitiw high quality food. our only brand is for price and price-performance ratio. for 2 small (but very tasty) net 2 children meal a few softdrinks, our bill was unexpected over $100! serious youngs, you make great eating. I praise them for it, but to these trips can not survive their restaurant for family eating purposes
They have been here for 4 years, during the vacation in yamba. we are never disappointed and are always on our mandatory list. eating is fresh, full of Mediterranean taste and delicious! this combined with a glass wee in the very Mediterranean feeling outside the setting, sets the scene for the perfect lunch.
When I saw the garden roses on each table I knew I had to go to this cafe. We weren't disappointed. Despite its simplicity, the broad bean dish was amazing, it just melted in my mouth. The rose petal meringue was also exquisite.
Yamba feast. Cocooned on a side street of Yamba, on a gorgeous spring day, sitting beside the abundant kerbside vegetable patch we had a most memorable meal. Yes it is about the food, which was absolutely delicious, but what sets it apart is the host and her wonderful staff. We were a table of eight, at least 20 minutes late for our booking (in a restaurant that only seats 30 max) this was not a problem. We will return to Yamba, if only to eat at Beachwood.
