Burgers were simply warm, not hot as they should be. Staff friendly enough. Disabled men's toilet paper terrible and hard to go out of dispenser, no towel and air dryer not working, some tables were not cleaned.

While I was working here a few rats swan dived into the deep fryer which was kinda cringe. They tasted pretty good tho. uwu

UPDATE 45minutes and still waiting I am currently 30minutes in waiting for my meal, I made the mistake of walking in to order. I have watched at 15+ cars that arrived after me that have all been through the drive and left whilst I am still standing here in store. I would have cancelled my order had I not already paid through the app. The biggest issue I have is watching all the cars come go through the drive through whilst they are barely serving the counter.

Look I hate to say it but this is probably the worst kfc I’ve gone to or one of. Most time the wicked wings are warmish cold the burger is literally slapped together with so much mayo the burger is inedible so I have to remove it, and I ask for extra salt on my fries all the time and get literally 0 grains of salt. KFC has the best fries but without the salt it’s just a soggy sad potato

Need more experience staff to run the show. Lots of standing around and no urgency to get the orders ready . A simple order took almost 30 mins wait with numerous customers just waiting around for their orders and it was outside of the lunch time rush . Fast food but not fast
