山形駅前にある北野水産は、日本酒の種類と鮮度にこだわりのあるお店です。 お刺身がとても美味しいです。醤油も３種類用意してあって更にお刺身を引き立ててくれます。 山形のだしをお豆腐と頂き、さっぱりしたところに日本酒くいっといくと、来て良かった！って思うのは、私だけではないはず。 雪国なので漬物もとても美味しいですよ。 このお店は、出る時に火打ち石をしてくれるので旅気分を更にアップさせてくれます。
