Starbucks - Yakima

I tried using the app to apply my gift card and reuse our review. I attempted to cancel and reorder my food, but there was no option to cancel my order, which was incredibly frustrating. I don't understand why there's no breakdown and reorder button; mistakes can happen, but it's disappointing that we can't correct them.

This Starbucks location is very vibrant and bustling. The wait time is around 15 minutes, so plan accordingly. Do they have freshly baked cake?

The shops in Yakima seem to be going through a rough patch. Do the people running these places not realize how their choices reflect on them? Does it even matter to them?

No good experience. my man commanded a simple croissant and the group of people who came after him first got their command. he was patient about it and asked the cashier and other workers in the load about his order, they all just cleaned him away. until they realized that he did not receive his job, they fixed him and apologized, but it took so long! there are so many employees, but they don't pay attention! I wanted a lot to die, that was one of the worst. no good experience for us?

Went to this Starbucks today and this guy wish I got his name was making drinks for people who ordered after me and when I asked if I could have my cake pop he said “yeah wait I’m making drinks” was super rude and unprofessional I believe he was a manager as well. Thank you to the other guy who was really kind while taking my order.
