What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
This was probably the worse location I've ever seen. I wanted a cup of coffee with milk. Nothing special. They wanted to charge me .70 extra for milk! Not extra milk, just milk! Never have I ever seen this in a Starbucks or any other coffee shop in the world even. The worker says she's been there 2 years so it's not even a training issue. Bad Starbucks ever I paid $6.15 for a drink and I spelt it and they won't give me a another one or my money back . Rip off Starbucks ever won't be back there again.?

They have no sense of urgency so you can be waiting for 10 to 15 minutes before they finish your drink all the while the do random tasks. And the supervisor doesn't seem that prone to fixing this. The staff is very nice, but it would be nice if they didn't take that long when I am the only person in line.
