What User doesn't like about Santiago's:
I complimented and thanked the 2 men standing at the window in the kitchen, they didnt respond. Just stood there staring almost angrily at me. It was really off putting. I asked for a chicken taco instead of beef and the waitress said I dont think he does that. I assume it was one of the non responsive men. Way too much cheese...on everything even the tamale. The tacos were stuffed full and filled with great flavor.... View all feedback.

The outside of the restaurant is interesting, but hide how cool and expansive is the inside of the restaurant. The restaurant has been in operation since the early 1980s, but had to rebuild after they had lost most of everything except their coveted recipes when a fire broke out in the historic building. There are specialties and seasonal dishes along the page very well received classics. And if Mole is your thing, you won't be disappointed. I'll be back.
Excellent food and no way to go hungry. The staff was attentive and we had no trouble finding a search on Saturday night. also had a great beer list
Just eat in this restaurant. The place is very nice and cozy. We enjoyed the privacy offered by the stands. The food is abundant. I had the Cancun and my husband had Steak Enchiladas and Chili Relleno. We enjoyed our meal and it was obvious that they prefer cheese. If u are looking for Savory then u will love these beautiful meals. Be ready to shine a box and try not to eat. I really need to give 2 thumbs on the guarole.

The salsa tasted fresh and like one made in Olympia which is a favorite in our home. The service was great from both the hostess and the server. Honestly we wont go back there are other better options in the area.
Cool atmosphere and an extensive tequila menu but the food is only average. Also, the portion sizes are ridiculously huge. I got their burrito special and it was ENORMOUS . Probably weighed several pounds. I wonder about quality when they give you a huge pile of food like that and there's no way a single human could ever eat that much.
