We used to bring our old dog for a pup cup, and they always took the time to care for her and check on her. Sadly, she recently passed away, and it was clear how much they genuinely cared. However, the staff member refused to give us the complimentary drink and instead stamped the next row of my card. If they aren't going to honor their own punch cards, I won’t be returning. This is just ridiculous.

They always have a dog biscuit for our little Lou, and she loves it just as much as we do. We typically order two French vanilla big trains and a strawberry smoothie, which are both absolutely delicious. We drive our little red Honda to get here. Thank you, everyone!

I visit Yakima several times each year, and this place is always perfectly situated. I always make an effort to stop by because the staff is consistently friendly, and the menu offers a wide variety of fantastic options. Every time I go, I find something new that turns out to be even more delicious than what I had on my previous visit.
