I absolutely love Jamba Juice! Their apple and kale smoothie is fantastic. The staff is consistently friendly and makes me feel welcomed every time I go there.
I wasn't aware that I had ordered a juice bowl instead of an açaí bowl, which I usually love. I understand mistakes happen, but in this case, it seemed like they weren't doing their job properly.

Great! The drive-through is convenient, and the service is excellent. I've visited several times and have never been disappointed. Even when I ordered a smoothie that hasn’t appeared on the menu for about 10 years, they made it perfectly. My smoothie even had "thank you" written on the lid, which was a thoughtful touch showing they truly care about their customers.
